Last Friday, Chad went in for surgery, so we were able to have the little boys for a visit. Andrew, in this photo, helps me stir the sugar into the jam.

We'd had my sewing group in for Quilt Night at the house the night before, so the table and iron are still up.
It was a quiet ride home, with Alex and Andrew snoozing all the way.

So last night Alex says to me "Dad, if your back is still hurting, I can fix it like I did Grandpa's!"... Now I know what he was talking about. I think I'll decline.
So cute... can't wait to see those boys at the reunion!
