We came home and spent a night in our bed, wrapped some gifts, finished some school/work project deadlines and then headed down to Kristen and Chad's for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. It was nice of them to invite us, so we could see the little boys open gifts.
| A slinky! |
| Opening the stockings. |
| Yeah, I have no idea what this is but Andrew's pretty happy about it. |
| Chad, happy with his Christmas gift. |
| I made Kristen a quilt. |
Alex had made the scarf and the pillow case for his Dad (I'm pretty sure his Mom guided on this project).
| We gave each family a panini grill and a cookbook. They seem to like it. |
| We a delicious breakfast of cinnamon scones, juice and fruit. |
And naps came shortly after that. Andrew is under the blanket on Chad's chest, pretending to sleep.
Then we called David and went down to his house for a while, to give Chad a chance to finish his nap and Kristen a bit of a breather.
| The boys know they can have sunglasses when they ride in my car. I keep two spare pair just for them. |
| Andrew took right away to their dog, but he then told me the cat didn't like people and we should leave it alone. |
| Kristen sent over a gag gift for Robin. |
| Shawn, with Andrew and dog. |
| Dave and David. They have the crossing-arm thing going on. |
| Dave read the boys a book. |
Andrew fell asleep in his car seat on the way home, and Dave lifted him into the sofa. He finally got his nap.
And that's it for our December!
That's it for the year 2010!
